Overcome barriers to your creative process, expand your skills, and develop your artistic and humanistic talents with creativity coaching. As writers, visual artists, musicians, performers, entrepreneurs, researchers, and creatives of all kinds, we sometimes find ourselves feeling “blocked” or procrastinating. We benefit deeply from creative community and skilled coaches to inspire us to think divergently, invite deeper levels of flow, shift mindset, and use our natural creativity to build our skills and develop supportive ways of working on our passions.  

What to Expect

Whether you are looking to invite wellness into your life through creative living or enhance your craft with creativity coaching, all sessions assist you in accessing your subconscious or the collective unconscious through your own creative, regenerative resources. Some beautiful ways to explore and build intuitive connection are hypnosis, dreamwork, image guidance, and expressive arts. These practices can all be combined in wonderful varieties of ways!

Hypnosis

Have an emotional or mental block that is holding you back from reaching your goals, a habit that is problematic for you, a skill you want to improve, or a physical issue you want to better understand or ease? In this session, you will be guided into an inward-focused state and then utilize the power of your subconscious mind to develop deeper insight, overcome fears, change limiting beliefs, improve skills, gain a sense of relief from overpowering sensations, change behavior, live by your values and/or find balance. Hypnosis is a natural altered state of consciousness involving focused attention, which occurs every day when you do things like read or watch a movie. When in this state, you are still aware and in control, just less distracted and more open to connecting to your Intuitive Self. Casey has over 530 hours of hypnosis training and will customize your session to assist you in addressing your challenges by accessing your healing powers within.

Dreamwork

Have a dream that captured your curiosity? Perhaps it felt meaningful, brought up strong emotions, left you perplexed, or simply was memorable. Your subconscious mind is communicating with you! In this expressive arts or hypnosis session, you will be guided in exploring the meaning held within your dream and use it for healing and growth.

Image Guidance

Wanting guidance for your life but not sure where to start? In this session, you will begin with intuitively selected images. Then you will be invited to explore the meaning the images hold for you through conversation, expressive arts, and/or hypnosis. 

Expressive Arts

Expressive arts is a beautiful way of connecting with your subconscious Inner Guides through play. By eliciting intuitive and emotional material through visual art, movement, music, sounding, writing, or other media, the process of expressive arts elicits clarity and personal growth. Connecting different types of expressive arts in succession enhances the depth of subconscious and unconscious exploration. The creative process allows for the development of self-awareness, self-understanding , and insight, which leads to healing and higher consciousness.

Some ways you may be invited to explore in any session:

Writing
Drawing / painting / collage / sculpting
Meditation / Guided imagery / Hypnosis
Movement / dance
Making sounds or music
Listening to a story or poem
Inner child healing 
As children, we are naturally creative. We learn to hide this part of ourselves to feel accepted and get our needs met. The inner child healing process involves tracing a pattern in your life, releasing suppressed emotion, identify old beliefs and how they are affecting your life, and creating new beliefs to set you on a path toward greater alignment.

These are all invitations! It is always up to you what you choose to explore with.

Absolutely no art/music/dance experience necessary! We are all creative beings. We have only learned otherwise. These sessions will help you access your natural creative abilities and remove energetic and cognitive blocks.

Please bring at least two types of materials to work with for expressive arts sessions.

What you might be curious to have available for your coaching session:

Any journaling you have already done (if you journaled on the dream or topic already)
Paper or journal and something to write with
Printer paper or other paper to draw on
Some crayons, markers, colored pencils, oil pastels, watercolors, modeling clay, old magazines / glue – anything you might like to draw or create with
Any musical instruments you have or something to drum on (pillows and boxes work!) or shake (some beans in a plastic or paper jar make a great shaker!)

Regulating the nervous system is essential to accessing your Intuitive Self.

Essential oils

TIME

Sessions can be scheduled for 1 or 2 hours.

FEES

Individual coaching sessions are $150 per hour.

Can I video-conference my sessions from anywhere?

Yes! Coaching sessions are available across all states.

What is the difference between coaching and counseling/psychotherapy?

Coaching focuses on setting and achieving wellness/life/spiritual goals, developing potential, and improving performance with clients who are generally functioning well and want support toward greater mind-body-spirit wellness. 

Counseling/psychotherapy focuses on managing and/or alleviating mental health problems that are resulting in emotional or behavioral distress so that functioning is improved.
